Mr. & Mrs. McCaffrey

Maizy was Mr. & Mrs. McCaffrey’s first dog they adopted together, so she has a very special place in their hearts and in thier relationship. She even helped Mr. McCaffrey propose, as he put the ring on her collar while walking with Mrs. McCaffrey on a beautiful beach. The perfect proposal!

Mr & Mrs. McCaffrey said “I do” at Celestial Farms, a gorgeous, pet-friendly wedding venue in Clio, Michigan. As part of the ceremony, Maizy ran down the aisle to her mom & dad, and stood with them at the altar, allowing her to be a complete part of the ceremony! When asked what their favorite memory from their big day was, they easily agreed that is was when Maizy ran down the aisle.

Amidst the wedding excitement, Maizy reveled in her special role. With a wagging tail and bright eyes, she soaked up the extra love and attention showered upon her throughout the photoshoot. She was clearly in her element, a cherished member celebrating her humans' happiest day.

When asked how it felt to include Maizy in their big day, Mrs. McCaffrey stated, “It was so important to us, because she is a our best friend. Actually, she is family and we wanted our entire family there with us that day. So, it was just amazing!”

So, why was it important to hire a wedding pet attendant? “Because while we wanted our pup there, we didn’t want to be watching her the whole time to make sure she was being a good girl.” Hiring a wedding pet attendant helped the happy couple relax and focus on their big day!
