Ashley Elliott, owner
Ashley has 5+ years of professional animal care experience. She successfully ran “Ashley’s Pet-Sitting Services” in Genesee County for 3 years, before earning her B.S. in Zoology from Michigan State University. With her degree, she became a zookeeper for 2 years, caring for elephants, giraffes, kangaroos, and much more!
Ashley is an ABC certified dog trainer. As the owner of Jackie & Joe’s Pet Care, she is thrilled to be back in the pet care business, her true passion!

Chris O’Toole, co-owner
Chris has 30+ years of personal & rescue animal care experience. She owns a 70-acre farm which has allowed her to experience caring for a large variety of domestic animals including horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, pigs, and much more! She also has been heavily involved with wildlife rehabilitation for the past 10 years, raising baby raccoons, squirrels, and even skunks for release back to the wild.
Chris is excited to start a new career in animal care with her daughter, Ashley.

Nicolas Taylor, pet care specialist & dog trainer
Nick has lived with dogs and cats his whole life, and he also has experience caring for reptiles, ferrets, rodents, and rabbits. Nick is a CPDT-KA certified dog trainer who owns Compassion for Canines professional dog training services. He has several years of dog training experience following the LIMA (Least Intrusive, Minimally Aversive) protocol, including socialization, obedience, systematic desensitization, and behavior modification training. He is also an AKC CGC and S.T.A.R Puppy Approved Evaluator. Nick lives in Flushing with his wife, their seven dogs, and five cats. (we pictured a few below!)
